Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2 Place chicken in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
