Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2 Place chicken in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Spread 1 tbsp pesto over each chicken breast.
