Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets, 6 oz each
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
