Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 lemons, juiced and zested
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and herbs for the marinade.
- 2 Place chicken in a dish and pour marinade over. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- 3 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 4 Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- 5 Grill skin-side down for 6-7 minutes until charred.
