Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and herbs for the marinade.
  2. 2 Place chicken in a dish and pour marinade over. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
