Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
