Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 strips bacon
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2 Mix beef, pork, almond flour, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Form into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet.
- 4 Lay bacon strips over the top, tucking ends underneath.
- 5 Mix ketchup and mustard for the glaze.
- 6 Bake 45 minutes, then brush with glaze.
- 7 Bake 10 more minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F.
- 8 Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
