Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2 Mix beef, pork, almond flour, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Form into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet.
  4. 4 Lay bacon strips over the top, tucking ends underneath.
  5. 5 Mix ketchup and mustard for the glaze.
  6. 6 Bake 45 minutes, then brush with glaze.
  7. 7 Bake 10 more minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F.
  8. 8 Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
