Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Season beef with salt and pepper.
- 2 Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over high heat. Sear beef in batches. Set aside.
- 3 Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter and sauté mushrooms until golden.
- 4 Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- 5 Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- 6 Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire, and mustard. Simmer 5 minutes.
- 7 Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream.
- 8 Return beef to pan and warm through. Don't boil.
- 9 Garnish with parsley and serve over zucchini noodles.

- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness
- Don't boil after adding sour cream or it will curdle
- Serve over shirataki noodles or mashed cauliflower
