Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2 Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Spread chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  4. 4 Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. 5 Stir in half the cheddar, jalapeños, and half the bacon.
  6. 6 Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken.
  7. 7 Top with remaining cheddar.
  8. 8 Bake 35 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
  9. 9 Top with remaining bacon before serving.
