Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2 Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Spread chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 4 Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- 5 Stir in half the cheddar, jalapeños, and half the bacon.
- 6 Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken.
- 7 Top with remaining cheddar.
- 8 Bake 35 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
- 9 Top with remaining bacon before serving.
