Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2 Mix lamb, almond flour, egg, half the garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Form into 16 meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. 4 Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. 5 For tzatziki: Mix yogurt, cucumber, remaining garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
  6. 6 Season tzatziki with salt and pepper.
  7. 7 Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce.
