Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2 Mix lamb, almond flour, egg, half the garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Form into 16 meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- 4 Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 5 For tzatziki: Mix yogurt, cucumber, remaining garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
- 6 Season tzatziki with salt and pepper.
- 7 Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce.
