Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2 Mix butter, garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice, and zest.
- 3 Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4 Spread herb butter evenly over each fillet.
- 5 Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- 6 Spoon any melted butter from the pan over the salmon.
- 7 Serve with lemon wedges.

- Bring salmon to room temperature before baking
- Don't overcook - salmon continues cooking after removal from oven
