Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2 Mix butter, garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice, and zest.
  3. 3 Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Spread herb butter evenly over each fillet.
  5. 5 Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. 6 Spoon any melted butter from the pan over the salmon.
  7. 7 Serve with lemon wedges.
