Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking.
  3. 3 Add 2 tbsp butter and sear steak pieces in batches, about 2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. 4 Remove steak and set aside. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. 5 Add remaining butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. 6 Return steak to pan and toss to coat in garlic herb butter.
  7. 7 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
