Ingredients

  • 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Add mushrooms in a single layer. Let cook without stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3 Stir and continue cooking until golden, about 5 more minutes.
  4. 4 Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
