Ingredients
- 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp dry white wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 Add mushrooms in a single layer. Let cook without stirring for 3-4 minutes.
- 3 Stir and continue cooking until golden, about 5 more minutes.
- 4 Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5 Add wine if using and cook until evaporated.
- 6 Stir in parsley and thyme.
- 7 Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
