Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- 2 Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- 4 Add remaining butter and garlic to pan. Sauté 1 minute.
- 5 Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- 6 Stir in parmesan until melted and smooth.
- 7 Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- 8 Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley.
