Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- 1 Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 Drain excess fat if needed.
- 3 Add diced tomatoes and taco seasoning. Stir to combine.
- 4 Reduce heat to medium and stir in sour cream.
- 5 Top with shredded cheese and cover.
- 6 Cook 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- 7 Top with olives, avocado, cilantro, and jalapeños.
