Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2 Steam cauliflower florets until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
- 3 In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and heavy cream.
- 4 Stir until smooth, then add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and mustard powder.
- 5 Continue stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- 6 Season with salt and pepper.
- 7 Place cauliflower in a baking dish and pour cheese sauce over the top.
- 8 Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.
- 9 Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
