Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2 Steam cauliflower florets until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
  3. 3 In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and heavy cream.
  4. 4 Stir until smooth, then add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and mustard powder.
  5. 5 Continue stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. 6 Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7 Place cauliflower in a baking dish and pour cheese sauce over the top.
  8. 8 Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.
  9. 9 Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
