Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic for the sauce.
  2. 2 Whisk xanthan gum into sauce to thicken slightly.
  3. 3 Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a wok over high heat.
  4. 4 Stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5 Add remaining oil and stir-fry beef in batches, 2 minutes per batch.
  6. 6 Return all beef and broccoli to wok.
  7. 7 Pour in sauce and toss until everything is coated.
  8. 8 Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
