Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1 Mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic for the sauce.
- 2 Whisk xanthan gum into sauce to thicken slightly.
- 3 Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a wok over high heat.
- 4 Stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.
- 5 Add remaining oil and stir-fry beef in batches, 2 minutes per batch.
- 6 Return all beef and broccoli to wok.
- 7 Pour in sauce and toss until everything is coated.
- 8 Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
